Bergeron Technical develops and instructs courses and seminars on various building and fire codes and how to interpret and apply them. Accessibility plan review, inspection and certification of alterations to existing buildings, change of use or new construction for compliance with applicable accessibility codes by International Code Council certified inspectors
Land Use Analysis – Permitting
Analysis to determine the best and allowable uses for a specific property. Creating site development plans in conjunction with other Technicians and Design Professionals and representing the clients’ interests before various Land Use Boards and Permitting Agencies.
Forensic Building Analysis
Inspection and evaluation of existing buildings and building systems to determine reasons for failure. Technically capable to assess heating, electrical, and structural requirements, code requirements including Life Safety and ADA, energy efficiency and compliance with the State Fire Code. Developing improvement/compliance plans including cost estimating.
Life Safety Code Inspections & Plans
Commercial Inspections to determine compliance or non-compliance of specific structures pertinent to the requirements of the NFPA 101 “Life Safety” Code and the State Fire Code. Developing written and diagrammatic plans for improvement and Life Safety Code compliance.
Construction Project Administration
Project specifications, drawing packages, and RFP’s and representing our client throughout all stages of various construction related projects. From complete site development and building construction projects to overseeing the installation of a fire detection or fire suppression system.
