BTS performed a general building inspection, energy audit and assessment of the building’s compliance with New Hampshire Fire Code and Life Safety Code requirements and provided a written analysis and report. This lead to many improvements including full reconstruction of the floor system, lead paint and asbestos abatement, roof repairs and improvements to fire detection and building insulation. These improvements have helped in preserving a historic landmark while improving both functionality and safety of the building in its current use as the Chamber of Commerce and daycare.
