When we purchased a decommissioned bank building for office space we knew it would take significant renovation. We decided on a budget and spoke with Bergeron Technical Services. They listened to our needs, honored our budget, presented a list of qualified contractors, prepared plans and bid documents and handled the entire bid process, keeping us up to date throughout.
