PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT/PROJECT MANAGER

This position will initially work with current project management in order to settle in. Shortly thereafter a successful applicant will be put in a position of greater responsibility and project control. What are the requirements?

  2. A team player, yet someone who can get work accomplished by themselves
  3. A professional presentation – it is important our people represent our company well.
  4. A working knowledge of at least one, but preferably more, of the services that Bergeron Technical provides to our clients.

We will be flexible with the right applicant if that person shows a serious interest with what we do and has a history of standing at one job for an extended time. Starting pay is based on experience but will likely be between $18.00-$25.00 hourly for non-licensed individuals. Trade or professional licensed individuals will start $23.00 – $30.00 depending on license or certification and experience. That said, if an applicant checks a lot of the boxes and can work independently from the day of hire, their pay may be higher. Pay, benefits and equipment provided will be based on experience and what an applicant can bring to BTS. we pay our employees well; we want them to contribute to the community and we want them to be here for a long time.
