Brown Church
The Conway Village Congregational Church, or the Brown Church as it is better known, has been fully inspected from foundation to steeple roof by Bergeron Technical Services. The inspection was performed to best position the Church for design of future renovation projects and to ensure all deficiencies are addressed.
Intervale Crossing
When a long-time BTS client was interested in purchasing the former Wooden Soldier Catalog Outlet Building, they knew who to call to determine what they could do with the building. Our Land Use Analysis determined what uses could be permitted within the building, based on the Town of Bartlett’s Zoning Ordinance and the extent of those uses based on the capacity of the existing septic system. In addition, Bergeron Technical Services performed a building inspection, project permitting and administration services.

Frunzi Project
Bergeron Technical Services provided full project administration services for the Frunzi House Project. This project involved the conversion of a single-family home to five apartments. Pre-sale building inspections, hazardous materials surveys, Town of Conway permitting including Special Exceptions, Site Plan Review and Building Permitting, existing building survey and existing conditions plans, plan review and code write ups as well as construction project administration were all performed by Bergeron Technical Services for this project.
Wolfeboro Municipal Electric Department Building
The Town of Wolfeboro had Bergeron Technical Services perform a feasibility study to convert the old Wolfeboro Municipal Electric Department building on Lehner Street into a community center. The work included full building inspection services including site conditions, interior and exterior conditions, and roof conditions. Bergeron Technical inspection work led to several improvement projects to ensure the building will remain in good condition while planning the future of the building continues. Existing conditions plans were also developed for this building to assist with the planning process and provide a base for future designs.
West Ossipee Fire Department
Bergeron Technical has worked with West Ossipee Fire Precinct to document both the Main Fire Department building and the Jewell Hill Station. The Main building was documented to provide a base for life safety improvements and design. The Jewell Hill Station existing conditions plans were developed to provide a base plan for the design of a sprinkler system.
